Automated Work Package Review
Before a Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) can be issued, completed maintenance work packages must be reviewed for completeness, correctness and regulatory compliance. The Post-Maintenance Doc Reviewer performs this check automatically — catching signoff gaps, missing AMM references and AD/SB traceability issues that a rushed manual review might miss.
- Validates all job cards for completion: signoff fields, date/time entries, certifying staff licence numbers
- Checks AMM task references: correct revision, correct procedure number
- Verifies AD/SB compliance traceability: each required AD has an accomplishment record
- Flags deferred defects without proper MEL reference and approval
- Checks parts used: part numbers, batch/lot, certificates (Form 1 / 8130-3)
- Validates oil and fluid uplifts: quantities, specification compliance
- Checks duplicate task references and conflicting signoff dates
- Generates a pre-CRS review report with pass/fail status per check item
Review Before Release
Document Ingestion
Ingests the complete work package: base check work order, individual job cards, AD compliance sheets, deferred defect list, parts release documentation and flight test report. Extracts structured data from each document type.
Compliance Check
Runs checks against EASA Part-145 requirements and operator-specific quality procedures. Validates each job card, each referenced AD/SB and each used part certificate. Detects 10 categories of common review findings.
Pre-CRS Report
Generates a structured review report with a pass/fail verdict per check category. Lists each finding with the specific job card, field or document reference. Certifying staff can address findings before formal CRS issuance.
