1. Service Nature — Decision Support Only
Agentic Aviation provides AI-powered decision support tools for aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) professionals. All analysis results, compliance assessments, audit findings, and recommendations generated by our agents are:
- Intended as a starting point for engineer review, not a final determination
- Provided for informational purposes only
- Not a substitute for qualified engineering judgement
- Not certified or approved by any aviation regulatory authority (EASA, FAA, CAA, etc.)
2. No Liability
All analysis results must be verified by a qualified engineer before any operational decision is made. Agentic Aviation accepts no liability for:
- Actions taken based on agent output without independent engineering verification
- Regulatory compliance decisions made using agent results
- Financial decisions (warranty claims, invoice disputes) based on agent analysis
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of this service
The use of these tools does not transfer regulatory responsibility. Certificate of Release to Service (CRS), airworthiness decisions, and maintenance sign-offs remain the sole responsibility of qualified, licensed personnel.
3. Professional Use Only
This service is intended exclusively for aviation professionals. By using this service you confirm that:
- You are an aviation industry professional (engineer, technician, manager, or similar)
- You understand the limitations of AI-generated analysis
- You will apply appropriate professional judgement to all results
- You will not use results for operational decisions without qualified review
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this service only for legitimate aviation MRO purposes. The following uses are prohibited:
- Uploading files containing confidential data without authority to share it
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy agent logic or prompts
- Using automated scripts or bots to access the service
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise the service
- Misrepresenting AI-generated results as certified engineering outputs
5. No Warranty
This service is provided as-is for demonstration purposes. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results
- Availability or uptime of the service
- Fitness for any specific purpose
- Compliance with any specific regulatory standard
6. Intellectual Property
All agent logic, system prompts, processing pipelines, report templates, and website content are proprietary to Emin Öztürk / Agentic Aviation. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
You retain full ownership of any documents you upload. We do not claim any rights over your uploaded files.
7. Demo Usage Limits
The free demo is limited to 3 analyses per email address per agent type. This limit exists to ensure fair access for all users. For unlimited access or commercial licensing, contact us at [email protected].
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
