2. Data We Collect

When you use our demo service, we collect the following data:

Email address — to track your demo usage and contact you with results
Uploaded files — PDF invoices, Excel fleet lists, or work package PDFs you submit for analysis
Usage data — which agent you used and when (no personal browsing data)
Language preference — stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers

We do not collect: names, addresses, phone numbers, payment data, cookies beyond essential session data, or any data not explicitly listed above.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Processing your uploaded document through the selected AI agent
Generating and delivering your analysis report
Enforcing demo usage limits (3 uses per agent per email)
Responding to your contact requests

Your data is never used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond providing the demo service.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files: Automatically deleted after 30 days from upload date
Email addresses: Retained for 12 months from last activity, then permanently deleted
Analysis results: Deleted together with the uploaded file after 30 days
Language preference: Stored in your browser’s localStorage. Cleared when you clear your browser data

5. No Data Sharing

Your data is never:

Sold or rented to third parties
Shared with advertisers or marketing platforms
Transferred outside the EU/EEA without adequate protection
Disclosed to government agencies except when legally required

The only external service involved in processing is the Claude AI API (Anthropic Inc.) used to analyze your uploaded documents. Anthropic processes data under their own data processing agreement in compliance with GDPR.

6. No AI Training

Your uploaded files and documents are never used to train AI models — neither our own systems nor any third-party AI provider. Files are used solely to generate your specific analysis report and are deleted thereafter.

7. Your GDPR Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German DSGVO, you have the following rights:

Right of access — request a copy of your personal data we hold
Right to erasure — request deletion of your data at any time
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Right to portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Right to object — object to processing of your data
Right to restrict processing — request limitation of how we use your data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in Germany (Bundesbeauftragte/r für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit).

8. Data Security

All data is stored on servers located in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). Connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. File storage uses randomized filenames to prevent unauthorized access. Access to stored files is restricted to the data controller only.

This website uses no tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for:
